Outside the villa
There is the private heated swimming pool Quality patio table and chairs for six people and sunloungers for six people, there is a large patio area with covered sun terrace and a upstairs private sun terrace with loungers, this also includes fantastic views of the volcanic mountains and fuertaventura. Also having a barbecue for all you Alfresco cooking
Inside the villa
Fully equipped fitted kitchen, with built built in oven hob and microwave top of the range fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast dining area and the kitchen leads off to the Solana area fitted with a washing machine and drying area including iron and ironing board.
Living Area
There are high quality marble tiles throughout matching the Italian leather sofa’s to compliment this luxurious feel. There is a 32” wide flat screen television with sky package and Sony stereo system with mp3 player There is a spacious dining area for six people with patio doors leading off to the sun terrace and private pool.
Bedrooms
There are two twin bedrooms one with built-in wardrobes and luxury linen, the second twin bedroom is very large with French style dressing table and wardrobes that could also house another two single beds (this would take max occupancy to 8 advisable of 4 adults 4 children)
There is a downstairs bathroom and an en-suite bathroom to the master double bedroom upstairs
Upstairs double bedroom again being of a luxury feel with private sun terrace admiring the views of fuertaventura, there is an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in dressing room.
Out and About
The house is a short 15 min walk to all shops, beach and bars a Taxi fare is approx 4 Euros from the main town.
Playa Blanca has a new Marina many nice restaurants and bars there are many attractions on the island. You can make your holiday as relaxing or as enjoyable as you would like it to be everything is on your doorstep, if you wish to explore the island then car hire would be recommended.
